Since young age, I have always wondered what the perfect place for living would be like. Now, I can say that I have a clear vision of the city of my dreams. First of all, it should be situated in a sunny part of our planet and have great weather conditions all year round. Secondly, there should be neither crime nor any violence there. Only good and kind people can reside in such city. Life can be much easier and nicer if everyone is loving and understanding. In the city of my dreams people will live in peace and quiet, without any worries and fears. This city will have excellent roads, cheap stores, many beautiful parks and playgrounds for kids, several entertainment centers and else. The population of the city will be neither too rich, nor poor. People will live equally well. Older people will be respected and taken care of. The streets will be clean and safe. There will be no homeless animals in the city of my dreams. Another important condition is to have a loyal government. People in the city of my dream will never be in a hurry and they will do only the jobs they like. However, I certainly understand that it’s just my dream, I really hope that at least some of the mentioned qualities will come true in the future.
We study many subjects at school. We have classes in the Russian Language and Literature, Mathematics, Biology, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, History, Computer Science. English is one of my favourite subjects.
We have our English lessons in a very good language laboratory. It has all the necessary technical equipment: a smartboard, a computer, a projector, a TV set, tables with different rules, pictures, maps and a large book-case with many English books. That makes our lessons more interesting and attractive.
At our English lessons we learn to speak English. We study pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. We read and listen to many poems and songs, learn some of them by heart, read texts, listen to English records, write exercises, make up dialogues, play games, retell texts, describe pictures, ask and answer different questions and do other interesting things in our English lesson.
Мы изучаем много предметов в школе. У нас есть уроки по русскому языку и литературе, математике, биологии, географии, физике, химии, истории, информатике. Английский - один из моих любимых предметов.
У нас уроки английского языка проводятся в хорошей языковой лаборатории. Здесь есть все необходимое техническое оснащение: умная доска (интерактивная), компьютер, проектор, телевизор, таблицы с различными правилами, картинки, карты и большой книжный шкаф с английскими книгами. Это делает наши занятия более интересными и привлекательными.
На уроках английского мы учимся говорить по-английски. Мы изучаем произношение, лексику и грамматику. Мы читаем и слушаем много стихов и песен, учим некоторые из них наизусть, читаем тексты, слушаем английские аудиозаписи из учебника, пишем упражнения, составляем диалоги, играем в игры, пересказываем тексты, описываем картинки, задаем и отвечаем на разные вопросы и делаем другие интересные вещи на уроке английского языка.
