Essay on "My hobby" (drawing) I have many favorite hobbies. I love to read, I like to ride a bike, and I love the story. But my most important hobby - it's drawing.
I started drawing when he was still young. Mom and dad are very often given me many different colors markers, colored pencils, and a beautiful, snow-white drawing paper. I liked to portray on a blank sheet something beautiful, plants, animals and sometimes people. So I often do myself Cards for mom and dad.
However, my first drawings were not the best. Something crooked, something did not work at all. But I have always continued to paint. Now, it seems to me, I paint very well. My works hang on the walls in my room. I often send their creations to competitions and children's drawings often get diplomas and prizes.
Moreover, I go to art school. I like it very much. In art school atmosphere reigns true craftsmanship and creativity. We usually draw a still life, sometimes people. In the summer we walk in the open air and paint nature, flowers, forest, trees, houses.
Now my drawings pretty good. But someday I want to learn to paint like the great Russian artists I.Shishkin, Ivan Aivazovsky and K.Bryullov! I'm sure I could draw even better if I try.
Dear Ann, I visited London last summer. I'm really happy. We went there with our teacher. I saw a lot of interesting places in London. First of all I saw Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the Thames and the Tower of London. Just imagine it! Then I also saw Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square with Nelson's Column and the British museum. My dream came true: I took a ride on the London Eye and soon after that I saw the Changing of the Guard near Buckingham Palace. Next week I will send you some photos of my trip to London. How did you spend your last holidays? You were going to visit Italy, weren't you? Did you take pictures of your trip? Keep in touch. Best wishes. Yours, Varya
