Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin is reputed as the great or greatest Russian poet, in particular, so it is called by the Encyclopedia "Krugosvet", «the Russian biographic dictionary» and «the Literary encyclopaedia». In philology Pushkin is considered as the founder of Russian literary language (V.V. works see for example. Vinogradova), and «the short literary encyclopaedia» speaks about his compositions, like products Dante in Italy or Goethe in Germany. D.S.Lihachyov wrote about Pushkin as about «our greatest national property».
