"The world is as big or small as you make it." What does that mean? Explain it in your own words.

I think this statement is about discovering new things. There are people who are content with being at home all the time, not doing much in their free time and not making new connections with other humans. But a lot of us yearn for more. We want to try different hobbies, experiment with food, and meet other people. In other words, making a ‘big world’ means being open to activities that are outside of your usual routine.
