My ideal active recreation.In the holidays or at the weekend all people rest. There are some kinds of recreation: passive and active. Passive recreation involves reading, watching the films, sleeping and so on. Active recreation demands definite loads, this is different sport games, cycling, skating, travelling. In the last holidays I had my ideal recreation. Our family was camping. Together we decided to go to the lake. There was so beautiful forest! We were hunting and it was so exciting! We even made a fire and cooking on a bonfire. It was great experience! And it was my ideal recreation, of course. I'd like to go camping again.
Benefits of physical activities are hard to ignore.Physical activity make us live longer and evolve people.That's why many schools in our country have different sections wich help develop children's talents.For instance football,basketball and fitting can expand child's physical abilities and improve its health,teach it to lead a healthy life.In our school we can engage in(названия секций в вашей школе).For me it's a great chance to challenge myself and maintain a healthy weight.I really like to visit sport classes,cause I know that our health depends on ourselves.
