Тут довольно просто, нужно обратить внимание на форму глагола или другие слова, дающие нам представление о времени события. Я выделил слова-маркеры заглавными буквами
1. You HAVE TO SHARE a bedroom. (Тебе нужно жить с кем-то в одной спальне - настоящее время Present tense)
2. You FORGOT to do your science homework. (Past tense)
3. You can NEVER remember people names. (Ты не можешь запомнить имена людей Present tense)
4. You DID NOT GO on holiday LAST YEAR. (Past tense)
5. You SPENT 100 on a pair of jeans. (Past tense)
6. You DID NOT GET good marks in your LAST test. (Past tense)
7. You HAVE NOT GOT a car. (Предложение-ловушка. Глагол got выражает страдательный залог, а не время Present tense)
8. You CAN afford to go to the Critical Age concert. (Present tense)
9. You COULD NOT GO to the graduation party LAST WEEKEND. (Past tense)
