Объяснение:

-Sergey Vladimirovich, tell us, is Botox done in adulthood or is it not contraindicated for young ladies?

-In my opinion, if there is evidence, it is possible to make Botox injections even at the age of 20. Here are a couple of examples. Firstly, in a situation where a girl has active facial expressions, which led to the appearance of facial wrinkles at a young age. Then it is possible to inject Botox to smooth out those very mimic wrinkles, which will become even brighter over time. Secondly, when a young patient has low set eyebrows, which makes the look sullen. In this case, I would also recommend the patient to choose botox over plastic. An even greater argument in favor of Botox injections is the Russian development of the botulinum toxin preparation, which fights wrinkles better than similar foreign-made injections.

-At what stage did you realize that you want to devote yourself to plastic surgery?

-Studying in the 2nd year of the university, I realized that I was not without interest in plastic surgery, which in those years in Russia was just beginning to emerge as an industry. Apparently, my genuine interest in surgery is hereditary: my grandmother and mother are also surgeons. While still a schoolboy, I read with interest the medical periodicals that my parents bought.

-You are the author of the innovative method "Breast without seam". What is the uniqueness of such an operation?

-This technique can be called classic mammoplasty. The whole secret is in the way of joining the cut edges. Instead of the usual seams, I use fibrin glue. An interesting fact is that this method of joining tissue edges has been used for many years, but in other areas of surgery. As for breast augmentation, here I can be said to be a pioneer. When carrying out mammoplasty, fibrin glue is used by me not only to connect the skin, but also to fix the implant to the surrounding tissues in order to guarantee a stable and natural result of the operation. This operation includes many subtleties, such as the positive effect of fibrin glue on the fixation of the implant, on a high degree of tissue regeneration and subsequent faster recovery. All this has been confirmed by a significant number of studies.

- Are injections in the face area a mandatory part of maintaining a woman's beauty?

- I believe that beauty injections, as they are often called, are by far the most optimal way to saturate the skin of the face as quickly and at a low price as possible, maintaining beauty and youth. However, if a woman begins to experience irreversible age-related changes: ptosis or prolapse of tissues appears, the skin begins to drastically lose its elasticity, plastic surgery is no longer necessary. Thanks to plastic, we tighten the tissue, which allows us to maintain the freshness of the face by injection.

-How often do men have plastic surgery, and which operations are most popular?

- Based on their experience in our clinic, I can firmly say that men are rare patients. In relation to women - 1 to 20. In SVSclinic, up to 12 operations are performed daily, but men become our patients only 2-3 times a week. The point here, in my opinion, is in male psychology: representatives of the stronger sex are less demanding of themselves, they put up with some defects in appearance much easier than women. And age-related changes in men are usually not so pronounced. Most often, they turn to a situation where it is necessary to correct lop-earedness (otoplasty), straighten the nose (rhinoplasty) or remove the sides (liposuction or lipomodeling), which do not go away by any other means.

- Have you met any patients in your practice who were dissatisfied with the outcome of the operation?

- I think any doctor has had such patients. Often in such situations, the problem is not only and not so much in the operation itself. This problem carries a psychological connotation. It so happens that the patient, seeing the result, suddenly realizes that he wanted more and better than he received. However, it is necessary to understand in detail, relying on pre- and postoperative photographs. In the course of such conversations, the patient comes to understand that, after all, he is more than satisfied with the result. Although, I will not hide, there are cases when revision is really needed, albeit minimal, in order to adjust the result to ideal.
