тут берём Present Simple потому что он отвечает за действие которые статичные, они не изменены, во на пример «я гуляю с собакой каждый день, I walk with my dog every day» я это делаю каждый день, и весь год. А почему у меня нету в этом предложении в конце буквы эс? потому что эс ставить только в тем предложениях где присутствует He, She, It, во всех остальных надо писать просто слово. Есть ещё одно время Present Continius , но он описывает то что мы делает в данную минуту, он описывает действие которое в скором времени закончиться , а Present Simple описывает то что постоянно ты делаешь. Не путай
