Robinson Crusoe was very young, but he wanted to travel. First of all, he went to his father for permission, but Robinson's parents didn't allow him to go to sea.
Then, Robinson ran away and boarded a ship. After a few adventures he was taken prisoner but managed to escape with a slave boy.
After that, Crusoe went to Brazil where he became the owner of a sugar plantation. Then he took a trip to Africa in order to bring back slaves, but the storm broke his ship and Robinson was the only survivor. He brought as many things as possible from the wrecked ship, built a house, had a farm of goats.
Later, he found a man's naked footprint on his island and several years later he saved a young man who had been brought to the island by some cannibals.
So Robinson named him Friday and started to teach him. They built a boat making plans to leave the island.
At the end, Crusoe and Friday saw a ship and rescued its captain and two more men who could be killed by the ship crew. The grateful captain gave Crusoe many gifts and took him and Friday back to England.
Finally, Crusoe returned to England and found that in those years of his absence he had become a wealthy man. Crusoe sold his plantation in Brazil for a good price, got married, and had three children.
