Смотри, ничего сложного нет. Пока) Пооотооом, когда нужно будет выбирать из нескольких... ... Тогда будет намного сложнее. Сама знаю)
Present Perfect Continuous: have/has+been+V-ing.
Если нужно тупо все глаголы переделать в Present Perfect Continuous, то ты сначала определяешь число у существительного (если he/she/it, то берём has; если I/we/you/they, берём have). Затем пишем been, и в конце ставим глагол с -ing.
