But children need more play time in order to develop into healthy adults. They should spend much more time in the fresh air. Adolescents should keen on sport:  swimming, athletics and others. Computer games are not useful for their health.

On winter vacation I had a rest in India together with mother. We flew for 8 days. Weather was solar and not rainy. In the morning and there was heat at night. In the afternoon temperature reached +40 degrees. In India very well prepare. There I tried the most tasty fish. Food very sharp. I tasted a lot of different fruit: coco, papaya, mango, pineapple and others. There very small bananas, but tasty.
We took excursion to factory of spices. There showed how bananas grow, pineapples,cocoes, nuts, various seasonings. After a naspovezla on falls Dudkhsagar. Itone of the highest falls, its height is 310 meters. Water in it very muchthe cold.Also I rode an elephant. They very big. I got on them on a ladder.They go slowly, so not terribly.
The most part of time we simply lay on a beach and bathedin the sea and the ocean. 

I very much liked India. I since the childhood dreamed thereto visit. But this rest is suitable for people who need tranquillity more. Youth it isn't really
cheerful there. But everything depends on the company with which you will go.
