They say everything you wish for at the New Year Eve will certainly come true. Some people even write their wishes on tiny pieces of paper and drink them with champagne. Sounds weird, but that’s one of the oldest traditions. Whenever people ask me, what my favourite holiday is, I say, of course, New Year. In my opinion, it’s the most cherished and awaited holiday of the year and there are many reasons for that. Firstly, I like receiving and exchanging presents and postcards. Secondly, I love helping my mother with cooking. Thirdly, there are so many festive concerts and performances connected with this holiday. I wish I could visit all of them, but that never happens. I usually go with my school friends to the city theater where we watch New Year tales and dance collectively along the Christmas tree. We have some performances at school, where I am not only the spectator, but also a participant. A week before the actual start of the New Year our holidays start. I can stay at home or go out with friends if I wish. As soon as it’s the 30th of December, I stay and help my mum to cook the holiday meals. It usually includes a roast chicken, a sweet pie and several salads. I’m convinced that New Year is the best day of the year. It’s always connected with the beginning of something new in everyone’s life. New Year is a holiday for those who believe in future improvements and dream only about the best.

Кажуть, що якщо, щось побажати напередодні Нового року, то це неодмінно збудеться. Деякі люди навіть пишуть свої побажання на дрібних шматочках паперу і випивають з шампанським. Звучить дивно, але це одна з найстаріших традицій. Всякий раз, коли люди запитують мене, який моє улюблене свято, я говорю, звичайно ж, Новий рік. На мій погляд, це самий заповітний і довгоочікуване свято в році, і на це є багато причин. По-перше, я люблю отримувати і обмінюватися подарунками і листівками. По-друге, я люблю допомагати мамі з приготування їжі. По-третє, існує безліч святкових концертів і вистав, пов'язаних з цим святом. Хотілося б відвідати всі з них, але так не виходить. Я зазвичай ходжу зі своїми шкільними друзями в міський театр, де ми дивимося новорічні казки і танцюємо навколо різдвяної ялинки. У нас в школі проходять виступи, під час яких я є не тільки глядачем, а й учасником. За тиждень до фактичного початку Нового року починаються канікули. Я можу залишитися вдома або піти гуляти з друзями, якщо захочу. Як тільки настає 30 грудня, я залишаюся, щоб до мамі приготувати святкові страви. Як правило, це включає в себе смажене курча, солодкий пиріг і кілька салатів. Я впевнена, що Новий рік найкращий день в році. Він завжди пов'язаний з початком чогось нового в житті кожної людини. Новий рік це свято для тих, хто вірить в майбутні поліпшення і мріє тільки про хороше. 

If you choose a pet, you are responsible for his health and life. You will have a lot of obligitions: 
1. You must feed him in time. Your pet is alive creature and it wants to eat and drink as well as you are. Don't forget to feed him twice or even thrice a day.
2. You must wash him. Don't forget to wash your pet in a shower with shampoo at least 2 times per 2-3 weeks.
3. Brush him. The time is going. Your pet drops a lot of wool. Brush him at least 2 times per week to grab all excess wool.
4. Show your pet to vet. If your pet is sick, you must show him to veterinarian. Even if it is not, you need to show your pet to doctor at least 1 time per half a year. Because if a human can say, that something is wrong with him, an animal just suffers and waits when you will show him to the doctor.
Our pets bring a feeling of hapiness to us. They love us more than their lives. They are just a page in your life. In its turn, you are a whole life for them. That's why you shouldn't forget about your pet and thank them with love, that they give to you.
