To have an exelent helth is one of the most important tasks to maintain in lives of everybody.
To be healthy and to stay healthy is the balance between what you want and what your body actually needs .
A hard thing to achieve.
First you need to have a motivation , time and resourses .
Second is to think through how to combine a healthy life style with your every day work and chores.
Third is to accept the new menu and products that will benefit your body , even if you dislike them in first place.
Fourth is to find the activities that you really like . And practise them every day. Even for a short time in the beginning. With time flying fast you will develope a habit of having a phisical activity every day . The regularity of cardio is essential.
Fifth is to change the time of meals intake .
You eat in the morning and during the day to provide energy and nutritional resourses for your body.
While for the evenings its better to stay half hungry , cuz activity is not that high as during the daytime. Use food that you know and the places it comes from. This way you wont get much exessive chemicals compounds that are used to provide big crops.
And the final - dont give up and dont count the hard days , stay positive and focused . After all you cannot harm your body with something good.
