Old and new houses have their pros and cons. It is difficult to choose because of the advantages of old buildings that the memory of the past, and the cons are that the house may at any time collapse. A new house is like "upgrading" of the new century and the comparison of old and new gives know that new is always better. So, I think the new house is even better.
