I like English very much and I really need it,but I don't know how to improve it,specially in listening and speaking.I hope you can give me some suggestions after knowing about my status which can be seen as follow.
I'm working for an international company,and my working language is English.I can read and write very well,but Everytime I report to my foreigner boss who comes from Germany,I feel very bad.I can't express myself very well and when he spoke fast,I even didn't understand what he said.
In fact,I learn English very hard.I listen to English materials and practise expressing myself in English(no partner,just me to me) very day.But I can't find my progress.
