My neighbourhood
My neighbourhood is very big. It's almost in the centre of the city. I like living here. We have a big park, some shops, a sports centre with a swimming pool, a library and a cinema. The streets are clean. There is no litter because we have a lot of rubbish bins in the area. You can have a good time in the park. It is also neat and tidy. It has a big playground for children, a lot of benches and many green trees.
But there are some things that we need to make better. Many people drive to the city centre and leave their cars in our neighbourhood. So there are always a lot of parked cars on the pavement. When the traffic is heavy, the cars make a lot of noise.
One more problem is graffiti on some public buildings, benches in the park, and bus stops. It doesn't look good. I think that we must do something not to let this happen. For example, people can be more attentive and inform the police if they see someone painting on the walls. I also think that all the people who live here have to care about their neighbourhood and do everything they can to make it clean and safe.
