Many people want to be healthy. But they don't know what should they do. So, you must do sports. For example, you can ski, swim or skate. But if you eat cheaps and drink cola you woun't become healthy. You also should eat healthy food. I often eat carrot with potatoes. My mother likes bananas. She often makes smoothie for me and my father. Smoothie is a drink with fruits and milk. Moreover, I always spend my free time outdoors with my friends. That's why I am very healthy.
