II. Раскройте скобки, употребив глагол в нужной форме: Mr. Zotov of the Russian Trade Delegation received a fax from Moscow. It said that Mr. Losev of Machinoimport would arrive in London on business the next day. Mr. Zotov told the secretary that she had to reserve a room for Mr. Losev at the Imperial Hotel for 5 nights. Before Mr. Losev arrived in London, the secretary had reserved a room his name at the Imperial Hotel. She also phoned the airport and found out when the jetliner from Moscow would arrive. At 4 p.m. Mr. Zotov waited for Mr. Losev at the airport. Soon he heard the announcement that the plane had landed. He saw Mr. Losev when the passengers were getting off the plane. Mr. Zotov was glad to see Mr. Losev in London. After Mr. Losev had gone through the Customs, they went to the hotel.

Mr. Mitin, director of our office, met him at Sheremetievo Airport and brought him to the Metropol Hotel. Mr. Mitin had reserved accommodation for Mr. Goodwill there two days before. A hotel-porter met them at the door and showed them to the reception - desk. Some people were waiting at the desk. The receptionist gave Mr. Goodwill  a form and asked him to write his name,  address,  nationality and occupation. As Mr. Goodwill knew Russian well it didn't take him long to fill in the form. After he had done all formalities, the receptionist gave Mr. Goodwill a key to his room and a porter showed him into it. It was a nice single room on the second floor. Mr. Goodwill liked the room very much and he thanked Mr. Mitin. They made an appointment for the next morning and Mr. Mitin left the hotel.
