Я лично ЗА, потому что, когда ученик носит школьную форму, он выглядит более деловым, и школьная форма заранее готовит к деловому стилю, что именно так ( строго) нужно ходить на работу. Иногда хочеться прийти и показать новую кофточку/толстовку или рваные джинсы, но НеЛЬзЯ и ученик это понимает и придерживается правил.
