One Sunday Agnes and her mother went to the zoo. Agnes was very excited. She was interested in everythig she saw.
"Mother, look" she said. "There (is) a monkey in this cage. It (is eating) an apple. Now it (is giving) a bite to another monkey. I (think) monkeys (like) apples very much."
"Yes, dear," said her mother.
"Now I ( want) to go and see the lions and tigers. Where (are they living), mother?"
"In that big house over there. Come along."
Agnes enjoyed herself very much in the lion house. "Mother," she said, "the tiger (wants) a drink: it (is going) to the dish of water there in the corner. And the lion (is looking) right at me. Do you (think) it (wants) to eat me up? When do the lions and tigers (have) their dinner, mother?"
"The keepers (bring) them great pieces of meat every day at four o'clock. And they (make) a big noise before their dinner time, so everybody (knows) they (are) hungry."
I study at a secondary school. Our school is large. It is a three-storeyed building. More than a thousand schoolchildren study here.
On the ground floor there are a lot of classrooms for primary-school pupils, a few workshops, a large gym and a canteen. On the first floor there is a library, a teachers' room , classrooms and laboratory rooms. Our labs for Physics, Chemistry and Biology are well equipped. On the second floor there are classrooms for History, Geography and English. All our classrooms are light and spacious. There is also a nice assembly hall here where we have all the meetings, concerts and parties.
Our teachers are strict but fair and kind.
I like my school.

На первом этаже есть много кабинетов для учеников начальной школы, несколько мастерских, большой спортзал и столовая. На первом этаже расположены библиотека, учительская, учебные кабинеты и лаборатории. Наши лаборатории по физике, химии и биологии хорошо оснащены. На втором этаже находятся кабинеты истории, географии и английского языка. Все наши кабинеты светлые и просторные. Здесь также есть красивый актовый зал, где мы проводим все собрания, концерты и вечера.
