I wasn’t sure what to do in the summer holidays until I saw an interesting ad on the ‘University
News’ site advertising a temporary job at
a five-star hotel in Dubai. It seemed to fit in
perfectly my tourism degree. The rest is history!
My flight 0 leaves (leave) at 7 a.m. tomorrow.
I’m really looking forward to it, but I’m not ready
yet. I 1 (go) shopping with
Mum at 2 o’clock this afternoon to make a few
last-minute purchases. I still can’t believe that in
two weeks’ time, I 2 (work)
with real tourists in a luxury hotel! The manager
wrote me a lovely welcome letter and sent me
information about the first week.
I 3 (get) to know the hotel,
the city and the staff so I can do my job
properly. It sounds like a good plan!
4 (think) of setting up
a special Dubai blog too. So watch this space
for the link and I 5 (keep) you
posted!
