As for me, I don’t get much free time, especially on weekdays. However, at weekends I try to do the activities I like most of all. They are skating, bowling, dancing, swimming, reading, listening to music and going out with my friends. Ice-skating is something that I have taken up recently and I quite enjoy it. Swimming is my all time favourite activity. For bowling and dancing I need a company. Sometimes me and my friends go to the nearest disco and dance there. The ground floor has bowling alleys, so we can combine these two activities. When I have spare time I love reading books, especially romantic novels and detective stories. When I want something relaxing, I listen to music. My favourite band at the moment is Linkin Park. Occasionally I go for a walk with my best friends. We chat about everything, and sometime we even gossip about other classmates. I plan my weekends in advance. If I don’t have my own plans my friends usually offer me something exciting. Speaking of hobbies, I’d like to tell you about my collection of coins. I collect coins from all over the world. My father often travels and he brings me many different coins. My other hobby is collecting soft toys. I already have more than 50 items. They occupy a special place in my room and my heart. I know that British teenagers have many other leisure activities, such as playing football, horse-riding, taking care of pets, going hiking or to theme parks, and else.

Nowadays watching television is a very popular way to relax.

As a 21st century person, I am interested in everything that exists today, I mean gadgets, the Internet, television.

They are so deeply embedded in our daily lives and it is hard to imagine even a day without them.

So I like to watch TV, it brings me great pleasure and joy.    

I cannot choose one program, because I like many of them, but nevertheless, I most of all I prefer the children's channel - Disney.                                            

This channel shows Disney cartoons, movies and also family programmes.

Besides, I love the STS channel, for there they show interesting movies and TV series, as well as my favourite programme "Ural dumplings". However, I try not to spend a lot of time in front of the screen. I usually watch music programmes, new and interesting films, funny cartoons and educational programs.

I agree that television cannot be removed from our everyday life, but, in my opinion, to grow smart and intelligent person you need to read a lot of instructive books and stories.

В наше время просмотр телевизора является очень популярным расслабиться.

Как человек 21-го века, я интересуюсь всем, что существует сегодня, я имею в виду гаджеты, интернет, телевидение.

Они так глубоко укоренились в нашей повседневной жизни, что трудно представить себе и дня без них.

Поэтому я люблю смотреть телевизор, это приносит мне огромное удовольствие и радость.    

Я не могу выбрать одну программу, потому что многие из них мне нравятся, но тем не менее, больше всего я предпочитаю детский канал - Disney.                                            

Этот канал показывает диснеевские мультфильмы, фильмы, а также семейные программы.

Кроме того, я очень люблю телеканал СТС, там показывают интересные фильмы и сериалы, а также мою любимую программу "Уральские пельмени". Однако, я стараюсь не проводить много времени перед экраном. Я обычно смотрю музыкальные передачи, новые и интересные фильмы, смешные мультфильмы и образовательные программы.

Согласен, что телевидение нельзя убрать из нашей повседневной жизни, но, на мой взгляд, чтобы вырасти умным и интеллигентным человеком, нужно читать много поучительных книг и рассказов.
