The term civil law does not always mean a legal tradition. It can also (1) . (contrast) with the term criminal law. Wear - одевать, will wear - в будущем - I will wear a nice new suit - я одену красивый новый костюм ; Wears - тоже, что и wear, только для 3 лица ед. ч.
Buys - тоже, что и buy но для 3л ед ч, will buy - в будущем купит
Comes - тоже, что и come только для 3л ед ч will come - в будущем придет; Phone - звонить, will phone - звонить в будущем
