Почему в Красной Книге - думаю что многие догадываются по какой причине амурский тигр занесен в Красную Книгу - браконьеры истребляли хищника ради его шкуры. Так же причиной исчезновения считаются еще 2 фактора (не без браконьеров конечно!):

критическая нехватка кормовых объектов

намеренное уничтожение деревьев и кустарников, где могли обитать амурские тигры

Взрослые амурские тигры и их детеныши находятся под строгой охраной на территории заповедных зон.
