4 день. Мама Сары довозит меня до школы каждое утро. Мы едем пять миль до школьного автобуса, который уезжает в семь утра. Школа Сары такая маленькая, но все очень дружелюбны.
День 6. Изучение фермы очень интересное занятие, но я счастлива, что завтра еду домой. Свежий воздух это хорошо, но тут слишком тихо. Я чувствую себя изолированной. В городе улицы переполнены, но всё находится од рукой. Я скучаю по шуму и суете Лондона, но не хочу уезжать от своих новых друзей.
День 2. Все остаются в постелях допоздна. Мама Энабел готовит завтрак только в восемь! После обеда мы ходили за покупками на улицу Оксфорд, потом мы ходили в кинотеатр. Я в таком восторге!
День 4.До школы Энебл я добираюсь на метро. Её школа огромная, в ней учатся 1500 ребят и её друзья очень интересные и отзывчивые. Я наслаждаюсь уроками, но больше всего мне нравятся современные удобства. Самые мои любимые — компьютерная комната и бассейн.
День 6. Сегодня я чувствую себя немного уставшей. Здесь очень шумно и ты слышишь шум машин всю ночь. Мне кажется, я скучаю немного по дому тоже. Я скучаю по красивым пейзажам и по людям из моего родного города. Я счастлива, что поеду домой завтра, но я уверенна что увижу скоро прекрасную семью Энебл снова!

300 ml warm milk
10 g sugar
10 g yeast
225 g flour

Method of Preparation:
1. To make a paste mix the yeast, milk, flour and sugar and egg yolk together in a large bowl.
2. Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until they form stiff peaks, then put them into the paste. Cover the bowl and set aside at room temperature for 20 — 30 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan until medium hot, add a little vegetable oil and middle ladle of the blini mixture.
4. Cook the blini first on one side until golden-brown then turn it over and bake the other side then put blini onto a large flat plate and grease it with butter. Repeat with the remaining batter and keep the blini warm until ready to serveIngredients:
