Kimchi is an ancient tradition of preparing kimchi for the winter. Without kimchi it is impossible to imagine Korean cuisine. In Korea, the words of gratitude are always pronounced with a bow. The degree of bow depends on the status of the interlocutor. Koreans are very restrained, they have not accepted hugs, only a polite handshake. Entering the house, Koreans always take off their shoes. By tradition, they sleep, eat and sit on the floor.
