In my opinion, fashion repeats itself after certain time period. The only things that change are some minor details, but the base stays the same.
It's important to express yourself through clothes but not too aggressively. Better to dress the way you like to. Fashion spoils society. It doesn't matter to me how the person is dressed, so I think he or she can dress as they want to. It doesn't matter if it's fashionable or if it's his or her personal style.
I think that a person's clothes show the inner essence. If a man is dressed fashionably but doesn't have a personal style that he or her would follow constantly then this person is probably obsessed with what the crowd things and is flabby.
It's not necessary to dye your hair in bright colour or wear extraordinary clothes to stand out from the crowd. The most important thing is to not listen to people who try to impose something different and find what you like yourself. Don't give a single damn (вы уверены, что хотите использовать выражение "плевать на мнение окружающих"? Предлагаю заменить на "не обращать внимания" - don't pay attention to) about the other's opinion because you only live once and it would be stupid to spend your life on following fashion trends.
