Эффективность банковской деятельности – необходимое развитие поступательного развития любой национальной экономики, ведь банковские услуги постоянно используют в своей деятельности и домашние хозяйства, и предприятия, и государственные структуры. Нет ни одного экономического субъекта, не потребляющего услуг коммерческих банков. Ассортимент таких услуг достаточно широк, и тем не менее постоянно появляются новые, происходит модификация традиционных банковских продуктов. Вряд ли можно назвать такую отрасль народного хозяйства, в которой не было бы экономических интересов коммерческих банков.
В период перестройки в России считалось, что коммерческие банки – это банки, основной целью которых является получение максимальной прибыли. The range of such services is quite wide, and yet always new, there is a modification of traditional banking products. You can hardly call this sector of the economy, in which there would be economic interests of commercial banks.
In the perestroika period in Russia was considered that commercial banks are the banks whose primary purpose is to maximize profits. This thesis was declared the law "On banks and banking activity". However, further development of the banking system showed that in conditions of market economy, the banks should not only strive to obtain the maximum possible income, but also to minimize risks, to provide liquidity, reliability and stability of functioning, plan their activities with regard to the interests of the whole society, including to participate in implementation of socially oriented projects and programs, to maintain its image, to develop branch network, to provide a wider range of services to more customers.
