3 Read the story and answer the questions below. On the first day of Christmas my Granny brought me a huge
pile of clothes to choose from for my school New Year party. We
had to be dressed to look like a well-known book or film character.
The first thing I noticed was an old funny-looking checked jacket
that Sherlock Holmes would probably wear to meet that horrible
Baskerville dog from the swamps. I was looking for the right shirt
when suddenly something in the pile caught my eye. I had no idea
what it was. It looked like a scarf with four belts hanging from the
corners. While I was thinking of what it could be. Granny came in
wearing a pair of old-fashioned trainers. I used to play in my college
team,” she said dreamingly. I couldn't really imagine my Gran with
the basketball, so I just asked her what the strange thing in my
hands was. She explained that my mum used to carry me in it when
I was a baby. This way she had her hands free. "Great!" I thought.
“That's where I can put my Baskerville chi-hua-hua Paris!"

I like reading very much. The book that I've recently read was rather interesting and exciting. It was from classics, written by a well-known Russian author A. S. Pushkin. I've never thought I would enjoy reading a book from classic literature, especially written in a form of a poem. The book is about a young and outgoing young man who was very popular. Eugene's life has fully changed when he met sincere and loving Tatyana Larina who lived in the neighbourhood. Tatyana quickly fell in love with this attractive dandy, but his heart wasn't touched then. He understands what mistake he made by rejecting Tayana much later. When he meets her in St. Petersburg she is already married .The plot of the novel is rather intricate and well-developed.    I  like the author's style of writing.Of course, I've read many poems written by Pushkin before,but this one had a special impact on me.

First of all, I would like to say that I love school. We have clever and understanding teachers. Our school is well-equipped. The school is green and clean. There are a lot of green plants in it. The greatest thing about my school is my class. I think that it is one of the most important things in my life. I can say that all my classmates are my friends. Every day we spend a lot of time together. The most interesting and wonderful events in my life are connected with my classmates.

 As for the most difficult day, I think that Friday is a difficult day. It's very hard to learn on Friday because I think a lot about coming weekend. It hinders me. Well, what else?

I would like to change the uniform at our school and I would like to add more physical education lessons on the timetable. I would like to add swimming and playing tennis lessons.

Прежде всего, я хотел бы сказать, что я люблю школу. У нас умные и понимающие учителя. Наша школа хорошо оборудована. Школа зеленая и чистая. В нем много зеленых растений. Самое замечательное в моей школе-это мой класс. Я думаю, что это одна из самых важных вещей в моей жизни. Я могу сказать, что все мои одноклассники-мои друзья. Каждый день мы проводим много времени вместе. Самые интересные и удивительные события в моей жизни связаны с моими одноклассниками.

 Что касается самого трудного дня, я думаю, что пятница-трудный день. Очень трудно узнать в пятницу, потому что я много думаю о предстоящих выходных. Это мешает мне. Ну, что еще?

Я хотел бы изменить форму в нашей школе, и я хотел бы добавить больше уроков физического воспитания в расписание. Я хотел бы добавить уроки плавания и игры в теннис.
