GOING ON A TRIP
I am Gerald Johnson. I live in California. I'm going to take a trip around the world. I leave for my trip next week. I am getting very excited about it. I'll take a plane from San Francisco to Hawaii. From there I'll take a boat to Japan. I'll visit some friends in Tokyo. I'll spend about a week in Tokyo and then I'll visit a few other cities in Japan. I'll stop in a few other countries in the Far East. I want to see Taiwan. I have some Chinese friends there. I also plan to visit Vietnam. I speak Vietnamese a little and I'll have a good chance to practice the language.
After I leave the Far East, I'm going straight to Europe. I plan to visit France, Italy and Spain. I'll spend about two weeks in Europe. I'll fly straight home from there. The trip will take me about eight weeks. I have lots to do before I'm ready. I'll have to do some shopping because I need some clothes. I think I'll get a new suit and I'll need some good walking shoes, too. Oh, yes, and some film. I'll need to get several rolls of colour film. I want to take a lot of pictures. with the development of civilization man's interference in nature grows up. it leads to different negative factors are: the pollution of water, air, soil and the destruction of the ozone layer. this problem must be solved if we want to preserve life on our planet. this problem is global problem that's why all countries of the world, all people, young and old, must take an active part in the protection of natural resources. factories and plants must have purification systems to preserve the purity of water, air and soil. we must take care of plants, trees, animals, birds and fishes, especially of those that are dying out. we also have a red book where rare and dying out plants, birds, animals are registered. though the role of people in the solution of ecological problems has greatly increased, we can't say that we are doing all in our power, to stop harmful processes in preserving the environment. the following radical measures must be taken: 1.the replanting of trees that have been cut down; 2.nuclear tests should be stopped; 3.purification systems must be installed at plants and factories; 4.natural resources should be used more rationally; 5.rare and dying out birds, animals and plants should be protected; 6.precaution measures should be taken against the destruction of the ozone layer.

дима.хочу поделиться радостью. я давно мечтал о собаке.мне хотелось иметь преданного и верного друга.но родители мне обьясняли это большая ответственность. нужно много времени уделять прогулкам. дрессировке.учить хорошим манерам. я соглашался на все условия.обещал исправить оценки.но родители сомневались. справлюсь ли я.и когда наступил мой день рождения.я думал.что получу в подарок или плеер.или скейт. или велосипед.проснувшись утром.я как обычно убрал постель.почистил зубы и тут родители внесли коробку.я подумал.ну вот.опять какая -нибудь ерунда.стал открывать.без всякого интереса. был -да! самый настоящий.живой.крошечный.мохнатый щенок! он смотрел на меня блестящими глазенками.обдизывал носик-пуговку розовым язычком и тихонько повизгивал. как будто то здоровался или поздравлял меня с днем рождения.я чуть не заплакал от радости. мама и папа стояли и глядя на меня.я взял щенка на руки .он лизнул меня.и не было в мире счастливее человека.чем я.это щеночек породы дог. когда он вырастет будет большой и красивый.приходи .мы вместе пойдем его выгуливать.твой друг илья.
