The Egyptian pyramids are ancient, enormous buildings. They were build for about one thousand years ago. All 138 pyramids you can see in Egypt.

The pyramid of Cheops and Sphinx are one of the most famous pyramids in Egypt. A Sphinx is a construction with the body of a lion and the head of a human or a cat. It is very popular among tourists. The great pyramid of Cheops is also known as The Pyramid of Giza or The Pyramid of Knufu. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. It is 146,6 meters high!
If you go to Egypt you must visit at least one of the pyramids of Egypt. It is an unbelievably beautiful sight which is impossible to forget. There is plenty to see and do, and it is perfect for families with children.
