We are all born healthy young and do not think about the condition of his body. Benefits of physical activities are hard to ignore.Physical activity make us live longer and evolve people.That's why many schools in our country have different sections wich help develop children's talents.For instance football,basketball and fitting can expand child's physical abilities and improve its health,teach it to lead a healthy life.In our school we can engage in(названия секций в вашей школе).For me it's a great chance to challenge myself and maintain a healthy weight.I really like to visit sport classes,cause I know that our health depends on ourselves.
